Long day today...but it's Friday babeeeee!!!
B-protein shake
S-lots of coffee
L-protein shake
S-sm wedge of l/f colby jack, 1 crunchy sesame breadstick, 1 orange
D-3oz grilled chicken, 1c romaine w/light caesar vinegarette
S-?? protein shake (I'll probably stay up late enough to get this in)
I think I'm probably right around 120g of protein for the day. I've been very satisfied, not hungry and since I'm trying to shed some lbs before winter sets in I think I'm okay with my totals.
