It's Friday Again!!  Time is just going to fast for me!!!!!  Hope everyone has a GREAT RELAXING Weekend........

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  glad its Friday!  Wi**** were another long weekend though.... No plan for food today... not good...  My pouch has MAJOR restriction today!  But I guess that's a good thing, right?  I've been able to eat one of these english muffins in a sitting before - today I couldn't do it.  Funny how it does that... yes I could have forced myself, but why?

B - 2 protein coffees
S - another coffee
S - 1/2 a wheat english muffin w/egg/cheese/ham (home made)
L -  the other half of the english muffin
S - McD's SF iced coffee
D - chicken thigh and leg

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

It is crazy how it works. Yesterday I over did it I guess because I got the foamies.  I had  a Grilled KFC leg and thigh.  It went down super easy but then I grabbed about 5 cheezits when I was walking past.  In about 15 minutes the foamies started and I had to run to the bathroom.  I can't figured out why it waits so long to happen.

Dancing...I love dancing!  I'm not good but I love it...LOL.

I'm so glad it is Friday.
Here's today's plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  2 ozs pork chop, 1/3 cup mixed vegetables
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  ?? not sure
S:  ??
Totals including afternoon snack:
Calories 541, carbs 15, fat 13, protein 91
Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None

I like the grilled chicken at KFC, but ours closed down.  Now our Goodwill is closing - I hope our town doesn't just disappear!!  We don't have any large businesses anymore.

WOW...it must be getting pretty bad there for those two places to close.  Our little town is actually building up.  Pittsburgh is about 45 minutes away and people are starting to move our direction and commuting.

Good Plan..I hope you had something yummy for dinner!

nothing in the cupboards and the and landlord wont shop ( Mexican standoff about 3 weeks now - he wont shop , i wont cook , none eats lol )

so whatevers in the freezer for breakfast - was fish stew with yucca actually yummy

then creamed spinach with fatfree feta cheese , regular american fat free cheese and shrimps for lunch ( but none for him the cheapskate lol )

33 pushups

protein tea as a midaternoon snack

2 short sessions on the rowing machine

posture improver and cervical collar ( oh those docs instructions to sleep sitting up for a montha and a half sure did my posture in )

going to run/ walk 3 miles to shopping district n back - then air out apartment for photo session later its all ART I swear !!

You are such a unique poster on here...LOL  I don't have a clue most of the time what you are actually eating.
