Checkup was fine but no wonder I've been feeling like something pulling. I'm meshed together from stem to stern. DH got the word "mesh" from what the docs told him when they got done but everything else went over his head. This was the first time I've actually been told what all they did. lol

I have never posted on your Menus and Miles. I think I need advice and am open to suggestions. I am trying hard to get as much protein in as possible and to increase my exercise. I use "My plate" to track my intake. My nut advises me to eat 1400 calories and 60 grams protein but I am trying for 80-100. My body has changed since having my gallbladder out 3 weeks ago. I tried a protein coffee (Gina's recipe) this morning for the first time, it was delicious. Breakfast is my hardest meal to find something I like with protein.
B: Protein coffee made with 1-1/2 cups protein powder and 1/2 cup skim milk = 39 gr protein
L: ?
D: ?
Exercise: going to gym at 12:30 for 45 minutes cardio and 10 minutes strength training
Vitamins: 1st batch done
Water: 12 oz so far (+ coffee)
Thank you!
Sandi
Now - IMO, 1400 calories a day is a lot to continue to get the maximum weight loss during your maximum weight loss period. Thats just my opinion, others may disagree.
I'm not a big breakfast eater and I put 2 scoops of my chocolate protein powder in my 20 oz coffee cup. Fills me up and keeps me there until close to lunch.
Good for you for shooting for more protein - the more the merrier!
Watch what others are eating - and you'll get some great ideas! (except for me, I eat boring - lol)
