Going to Sam's Club - What would be on YOUR shopping list?
I posted this over in the RNX forum, but since this is my home base and the folks I like the best, I thought I would post here also for your recommendations.
I am going to Sam's Club - I don't usually get my WLS stuff there, such as protein bars or mixes.
What do YOU buy for WLS when you go to Sam's Clubs? I love personal recommendations, rather than buying things blindly. Thanks so much for your help!!

I haven't been since surgery so I know nothing about those supplies but I shop the outside edges of the store. I buy mixed greens, green beans, caprole tomatoes, avocadoes, eye of round steaks, chicken breast, boneless pork chops. I'll be interested to see what diet stuff othes have found.

Sams Club is the only place I can find the Atkins Choc/peanut butter bars. You have to look at the back of all the packages, but this one only has 1 sugar and no sugar alcohol.s BUT - they are 240 calories each..
The Sams Club here has awesome meat! I've bought some preseasoned pork roasts and put them in the crock pot - they turned out just awesome!! I've also bought steaks and chicken there. If I go there, I always buy a gallon of milk too - they seem to be cheaper than the grocery stores (unless you can find it on sale)
They DO have SF syrups there too - over in the coffee aisle.

My DH LOVES Blueberry pie. I'm not good at making pies from scratch so I tried all kinds of brands and I found one that he loved. Well they stopped making it so the hunt was on again. I even paid people to make him a pie and nothing made him happy....until I bought one at SamsClub....Who Would Have Thought......YEAH!!! I have to make my weekly stop just to get him a pie.
There meats are good which also suprised me. I also buy a stuffed pasta that is really good.
I am definitely going to check out the SF Syrups the next trip. The only place I have been able to find them locally is Eat n Park and they only have a few flavors.

Thanks, ladies!! I wonder if they have a PEACH pie.... I have been wanting that so bad, but I bet it's loaded with sugar, and that would be a no-no.
I usually get my protein mixes at The Vitamin Shoppe, but I am going to see what they have at Sam's Club since I am sure the prices will be better. I will take a look at the sugar-free syrups, too.
