Good Afternoon! I ran a bunch of errands this morning and am finally sitting down for lunch.

S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/decaf

Vitamins: Done, Water: 80oz so far
Exercise: 65 minutes treadmill (high incline and speed), 200 crunches, 15 boy push-ups, 20 girl push-ups, 2 min plank
