Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

ETA:  Hey Roz and Linda (and everyone else) - just pulled this from the RNY board - a new cheesecake recipe:

greek yogurt with some sf jello cheesecake pudding mix, a little unsweetened cocoa and a packet of splenda or truvia...it's like chocolate cheesecake

probably don't even need a topping!  If you were to put one on it, what kind would you use?


B - 2 protein coffees
S - regular coffee
L - ham sandwich
S - greek yogurt cheesecake
D - going out (another date - different guy)  Sushi and edamame tonight, with a beer and a glass of wine.
S - another beer when I got home

Vits:  yes
Water:  working on it
Miles:  none tonight

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Jody, that is so funny about the new recipe.  I was just thinking about chocolate and how to use it with the yogurt!!  Thanks.  I'm going to have to try this.

The chocolate cheesecake sounds good!  I tried the apple with vanilla and I didn't care for it at all.

I thought about Chili today for lunch, but I just had it the other day.  I've been flying by the seat of my pants this week.  Nothing planned at all, but have managed to do good.  Hopefully I can get planned out better this weekend for next week.

S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Deli Ham, Deli Roast Beef, 2 slices low fat mozarella cheese
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  2.4 ozs Pork Chops, 1/3 cup Mixed veggies
S:  Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup NSA Fruit ****tail, 1 tsp vanilla SF/FF pudding mix, 4 tbsp. lite cool whip
Totals including afternoon snack:
Calories:  916, carbs 39, fat 21, protein 139 
Vitamins:  Done
Water:  100 ozs

How was the fruit ****tail cheesecake? I didn't care for the apple in vanilla.  Kindof of Blah.

It was ok.  Seemed like it was kind of bland and missing something.  I love fruit ****tail so I thought I would really like it.  I'm going to try it again because it might just be my cold that is messing it up!!

I can't wait to try the chocolate Jody posted.
