I think this is my favorite season. The leaves are starting to pop with all kinds of color and the days this week have gotten no higher than 70 degrees. Ahhhhh!!!!!

What's your favorite thing this week?

I agree!
Walking outside with Buddy yesterday was glorious! Blue skies and sunshine made the jewel tones of the trees pop even more!! Plus it was cool and windy and the ole Budster was in full puppy  mode acting all crazy!
Glad to have 3 days off in a row, made it to yoga class everyday. Today its yoga and pilates.
Love being so active now.
Hope everyone has a lovely day!

I was able to walk to the football stadium ( half a mile away) and pick up my son and walked back home. It was cool and not so hot that my asthma was acting up. It was great!

Morning Gina and gang-

I love fall too.  But I'm kind of dissappointed because we've had such a dry fall that the colors just aren't what they usually are.  The grass has pretty much turned brown and the leaves are following fast.  I'm still loving the cooler temperatures though, but dreading the freezing cold winter.

My favorite thing this week though is feeling like I am back in control and being back here and posting where I belong.  This place is my anchor.

Have a great day!!

Drove up to NH house my family and I built when i was a child and spent a day ( besides raking , backbreaking landscaping , painting on ladders , cooking , dishwashing every meal by hand grrr ) ....watching the gorgeous red and gold leaves and the amazingly blue water and sky sparkling between them...

drove back thru Vermont ...lovely

I DO love this season except im so COOOOLD !!!! Slept practically ON the wood burning stove up there lol .....I have the heat set to 70 here and i swear theres no heat on EVER :( .... and i burned the igniter on my stove out because i used it as a space heater so often ......

Any ideas experienced Grrrls ?! Im ready to wear a fur coat in the house .... im already wearing fluffy pajamas thick socks AND a huge robe a la Rachel Zoe ..... i can barely MOVE

Thanks !!

Hi Gina!  We're past peak here and the leaves are falling fast.  The trees outside my window are bare now...with a few trying to hang on for a few more days..  BUT - our color was absolutely fabulous this year!  We had a hot summer and it wasn't dry this year, which was nice for a change.

Favorite thing this week?  Hmmm... enjoying absolutely darling baby pics!  My daughter posted some on FB and she is sooo adorable!!

I am freezing! I hope my "thermostat" will adjust and it won't be quite so bad, but when everyone else is comfortable, I am bundling up.  Last winter, I wore a hoodie most of the time, rarely a coat. This year DH teases that he will have to bundle me up like the little boy on Christmas Story.

I am loving wearing all of my cute new Fall clothes, and loving that at least for this moment, I am a little ahead on my school work.

Morning Gina & everyone.

I love Fall & Spring.  It makes me just feel good.  The downside is when the weather changes I always get a cold and have one now.  But it is getting better.

My favorite thing this week was getting to see my DGD#2 almost everyday.  DH & I are still helping out so SIL can work and until DD can lift her again.  Hopefully DD will be released today to start back lifting her.  Granddaddy & Grandma are not used to this and get tired!!  It has been fun to see her more often.

This is the perfect time to walk and we have not been able to do it in 2 1/2 weeks.  I can't believe I miss it!!

Hope everyone has a great day.
