I used a shaker cup with a ball. If you don't have a wire ball, use ice cubes, that works well too.
All my protein drinks have a little foam initially - let it sit for a few minutes and it will go down.

I use a shaker cup with a stainless steel ball in it. I don't like the foam that you get with a mixer.
I use 1 cup of water and 1 or 1 1/2 scoops of Protein...shake....and then fill the rest of the cup up with crushed ice....skake some more.
Linda adds an individual pack of SF Lemon Tea to hers, but I prefer mine plain.
What other flavors did you get? The Twisted Cherry is really good and Jody loves the Fuzzy Navel.

I ordered the tea, the cherry AND fuzzy navel... woo hooo! Will try another one tonight ... 1/2 of a tea gave me the runs... not sure if that is normal or not. I also ordered 2 different chocolate, one strawberry and vanilla.
