The Red Grapefruit is very good. I like it strong tasting so I take one of the large shaker cups and put 2-3 scoops in it. I also like the Fuzzy Navel real well too. I mix them both with water.
Vitamin World has a store brand chocolate I like real well. Mixes real smooth. I like the Syntrax Chocolate Truffle too - it doesn't seem to have nearly the protein "smell" others do.
Pumpkin protein pudding... oooo that sounds yummy! I'll have to go look for it....

Water: 80oz so far, Vitamins: Done, Exercise: Day off

I haven't tasted it yet. I just baked them both. They look and smell really good, but the whole process took an hour and a half! I wanted to try a little piece, but I'm going to wait until I top them and broil and taste the finished product. The cauliflower fried rice was soooo good. One of the best new meals I have tried. The kids didn't even know it wasn't rice.
