Today is my baby boy's 15th birthday!! Holy Crap!! Time flies....I just turned only 39 and boy he makes me feel old old old sometimes. LOL  oh well I'll get him a small cake today as we will be celebrating on the weekend. 

Okee...so while I am stuck in an office doing chart reviews...yawn, I know you're jealous and all....what are you all doing today? Anyone trying anything different this week?

Just got back from the gym - did 30 min on the treadmill.  Wasnt really in the mood to exercise today but knew I had to do it.  Hubby is having surgery tomorrow, so I'll probably miss a few days workouts.  On a happier note, the scale FINALLY moved again!!!  *gotta remember to update my stats when Im done with this post*.  It seems like Ive been at 161 forever!!!!  This AM I weighed in at 158  WOOHOOOO!  Hope everyone has a great day. I suppose I should give my fitness update.

Hmm. Ran a new route today, which was great. Shelby enjoyed it, too, though in the middle of the run, she tried to stop to go to the bathroom, which almost killed me. (She goes BEFORE the runas a rule, to prevent this very issue, but bodies do what bodies want, we all know, so c'est la vie.)

Then 40 pushups and 180 crunches.

Today I'm so groggy from having a late night out last night. While the body has generally given me more energy than ever, when the body's pooped at night, it's just done (whereas I could usually push myself through the night otherwise). So today I'm suffering, I think, from a lack of sleep. (And generally a lack of sleep.)

Today is my day off (which almost kills me and makes me go nuts). I'm going to dive into some homework, so I won't think about getting on the treadmill. My body needs to rest.

Yea, I'm a lot older than you too...

I just got done cleaning up my credit report.  I got a notice my score went down and when I went to check on it - man was I MAD!!  I applied for a new loan to refi my car - and that was a "hard hit", then when I had my Tummy Tuck the anesthesiologist didn't get paid by the insurance company and didn't contact me because THEY had a bad address for me and sent me to collections - well, it got all cleared up, they promised NOT to report it, they got their money - good, right?  NO - it hits my credit report NOW.  I am royally upset about that!  So they got an earful.  The collection agency said they are having it removed... Yea, takes immediately to the report and takes 2-3 months to come off. 

When I go in for my scar revision I'm going to ask the surgeon NOT to use that company.  Then I bought a new couch and mattress and the furniture store hit my credit report 3 TIMES! 

I'm done with the "same as cash" crap - it all goes on my own cards from now on.  No more new cards for me.  I usually close them as soon as I pay them off too. 

Ok - off my soapbox now. 


Oh, exercise you ask?  None today - have a date tonight, well maybe - we're going out to a bar and there may be some dancing!  That's the idea anyway...

 BUT yesterday I did zumba for an hour and went to the gym and ran 2 miles after that.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
