I just remembered...

That I haven't purchased any unflavored protein powder yet and I am leaving tomorrow evening for Mexico for surgery.  I guess I can have my DH get it when we get back home.

I hope I can sleep tonight!!  Getting nervous and excited!!!

OH, and question.  I was thinking about getting those little bottles of breath freshener to take with me to the hospital.  I think they are called Nips?  I am thinking something to freshen my breath and mouth when you can't drink anything.  Probably should not worry about that, but was thinking about it today.

Thanks everyone!

Blessings to you for a speedy recovery!

And yes, I think it's a great idea to freshen your breath at the hospital.  I totally did that, and it made me feel much less self-conscious, especially with all the staff so busily working around my hot breath.

Of course, you won't care one lick about that post-surgery.  But pre-surgery, why not?

Anyway, !buena suerte y felicidades!  Dios te bendigo.

I was so thankful when they gave me some swabs for my mouth. They were the BEST tasting swabs I have ever had in my life LOL.
The hospital may have them, but to be safe, I would bring something. I mainly wanted them because my mouth was SOOOOOO dry.

Good luck with your surg!!!  Hope you got a little sleep!!

I didn't use any breath freshener or swabs, didn't seem to need them.

Let us hear from you post-op.
