Zumba for an hour then the treadmill at the gym for 2 miles.
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I was at Curves for 30 minutes on Friday, Mon and today. Plan on getting there tomorrow also.
66 yrs young, 4'11" hw 220, goal 120 met at 12 months, cw 129 learning Maintainance

ist day im going to try to run with new nosy ... major sunscreen
lets see how it goes .. i have to look good in this wedding dress ... only 4 weeks away YIKES
i have to say , physically i feel very good ... yes the middle is as soft as a marshmallow and i dont think i should do upside down crunches yet with all that blood flow to the head ... or hot yoga ... but maybe i can take a nice hot bath ?! even that will be a major treat !
its kind of sickening how much i look forward to being unleashed to run now .... Ud think i was running towards a cake or something LOL in a former life ..... now the thoughts of cakes make me SHUDDER and running makes me salivate ..... LOL
