i ran out of my choco protein drink for breakfast. for me thats a no-no cuz im a chocoholic, so what i did was i took my vanilla protein and added the cocoa that u bake with and wella i had choco drink it was delicious so great idea only i like the sweet taste of them lol

My tip is that I stack my week with people to walk with. I have a bariatric walk two or three times a week, a sunday morning scheduled hike with a friend and a 4 day a week walking partner at work. I have to plan my exercise to be fun so that I'll look forward to it.
