i ran out of my choco protein drink for breakfast. for me thats a no-no cuz im a chocoholic, so what i did was i took my vanilla protein and added the cocoa that u bake with and wella i had choco drink it was delicious so great idea only i like the sweet taste of them lol

Yes,that is what I use also. I used to like things really swet preop ...not so much post op. I even have to dilute the water mixes to stand them,lol.

Right now I am using plain ole Hershey's,but I am going to look for one with the highest % of ****coa for the added health benefits. Thanks for your reply!

 My tip is that I stack my week with people to walk with.  I have a bariatric walk two or three times a week, a sunday morning scheduled hike with a friend and a 4 day a week walking partner at work.  I have to plan my exercise to be fun so that I'll look forward to it.

I loved reading the fluids, foods and vitamin tips.  Thanks everyone!
