Happy Tuesday everyone.  I went to Curves before work this morning.  It feels so good to get the workout in early and feel done with it for the day.  Also got my hair frosted and cut.  Will try to post a pic when I figure out how.

protein yogurt  15g
1/4c yogurt        3g
roast beef wraped around cheese stick, 1/2 small pear  15g
1/4c yogurt        3g
fish chowder    4g    It's home made and I couldn't find anything that I thought fit very well.  I think it has more protein than that.

Long day- am going to start monitoring the calories and carbs again- tomorrow!
B -Protein drink 35 g
S-1/2 bagel lowfat cream cheese
S-small banana
L-1/2 hibachi shrimp and rice- 15g
S-10 grapes
D 4oz hamburger patty-15 g
and 1/2 Baked potato with ranch dressing (low fat)
S 1/2 cup cootage cheese and lite fruit-9g
I think protein was low today-
got in 80 oz fluids

I totally scrapped my other post because my eating didn't look anything like I thought it would today.  So I'm going to report what I actually ate.

B. 1/2 cup chicken salad - 16

S.  Nectar Roadside lemonade - tolerable with a crystal light and lots of ice - 23

They left me alone with a giant bowl of candy....and I left it alone....they came back and delievered rumors of a big stressful work assingment...and I went stright to the bowl.....Tomorrow is another day!!!!!!
