Good morning Roz and Lightweights! I'm feeling great this morning, and the half pound from the weekend is gone.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic & 15almonds
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic & 1/2 PB2 sandwich on low carb bread
L: 1 serving Alaskan Pollock, 1C asparagus, low fat string cheese
S: Carbmaster yogurt & 1 apple
D: Sweet and sour chicken (veggie and sauce bag, boneless, skinless chicken)
S: 1C cucumber, 3/4C carrots, low fat string cheese
S: (Possible) 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/decaf

Totals (w/3rd shake)
Cal: 1123, Fat: 21, Carb: 92, Prot: 142
Water: 6Cups so far, Vitamins: 1/2 done
Exercise: 50min treadmill, push-ups, crunches, core routine

Love Pittsburgh, my grandparents are buried in the cementary off of squirrel hill that overlooks the river, and the view is beautiful! But you are right about the traffic!
Here's the plan:
B about half a scrambled egg and 1/4 of a toasted english muffin
S decaf protein latte 30g
L chili about 1/2 cup
S decaf protein latte 30g
D chicken plus a little veg of some sort
S greek yogurt 10 g

pro 70g
cal about 800
miles going to go for a long walk with buddy so about 2 miles and then yoga class
water 60 oz
vits done, forgot my iron at bedtime!

Hold the presses!!!!  DH has been watching what he eats also and trying to eat more protein and very few carbs.  Tuesday's are his golf day and last night he asked me if I would make him a protein shake this morning so he would have a little extra energy to play golf.  I was so excited, but tried not to make a big deal out of it.  WOOT!! WOOT!!

DTB-choc/van/butterscotch protein shake 30g
MM-protein coffee 30g
L-chicken, asparagus and orange 20g
A-choc/van/butterscotch protein shake 30g
D-chicken, asparagus and strawberries 20g
E-maybe another protein shake ?? 30g
