We are suppose to be getting 50-60 from suppliments and I have been right in there. 54 today. That plus averageing 10 per meal, 5x a day. I did average 10 a meal but I only got in 4 meals instead of 5. The meals are in addition to the protein.

Good. The way you have them listed I thought maybe the drinks you were using only totaled 5 or 6g each. Now that I know, I can't quit worrying that you aren't getting enough in.

Hey all,
spent the entire day grocey shopping. had some trouble last night with the soles of my feet itching intensly after i went to bed.didn't sleep well and was kinda itchy all over all day. Had some whelps on my right arm.
Tonight i broke out in whelps in various parts of my body after a shower and my feet were itching so bad I was rubbing them on the bricks of the fireplace hearth to scratch! Not sure what is going on...my sleeve feels like it is up in my chest tonight,like I have over eaten but I haven't. I feel kinda bad...waaaaah. To top it all off the scale says I gained 2 # last week. Can scales lie,lol? So,I don't know.

It's a receipe from the Hungry Girl 1-2-3 cookbook(WW)
It's 2 small pkgs lemon sugar free pudding(dry)
1 can pineapple (crushed)
2 Cups lowfat vanilla yogurt
1Cup cool whip (sugar free)
Mix the dry pudding in with the can of pineapple,thn add the other ingredients refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
I actually have tweaked it from the original recipe, which calls for vanilla pudding. It has graham crackers crumbled on top in the original but I only made it like that the first time. I bet it would be good with some fiber one (origianl) twigs on top.
