Menus and Miles Monday Oct. 18th

I went by the store and got everything to make this.  I already had cooked chicken so I used it as the meat.  It was really good!!  I could not eat much of it for some reason it really filled me up.  I might have had 1/5th of it after DH had eaten some of the cauliflower out of it.

I love roasting marshmallows on the fire.  I told my DH on Saturday that I missed not having a wiener roast this summer.  If we get another nice weekend we might just do it.

I had 4 marshmallows (and 2 graham crackers and half a Hershey bar). I told myself ahead of time I was going to do it and not obsess over it, so I did.

Hi Roz and everyone.
Glad you had fun at the Halloween Party.  We are having our Fall Festival on the 27th.    It is so nice to be able to participate in things instead of just sitting and watching everyone else have a good time!!

I started putting the lemon tea packets in my nectar tea. I'm really enjoying it.  I have trouble drinking anything but Protein drinks and this might help change my thinking "a little".

Awesome totals.  I wish I could keep my carbs that low.

My carbs will go up as the day goes on - my calcium chews add quite a few carbs.

I love to add the crystal lite(or Walmart brand) to my protein drinks.  When I need more water, I use the grape sticks and put in a 20 ounce bottle of water.  I pretty much drink all day except the 45 - 1 hour after I eat a meal.  It keeps me from eating!!

I don't think I've ever even looked at the carb count on my calcium chews.

I don't know if it matters or not.  I count the calories and things in my vitamins and calcium with my totals.

One chew has 15 calories, .5 fat, 3 carbs so that is 18 carbs just from these every day.
