Menus and Miles Monday Oct. 18th
I went by the store and got everything to make this. I already had cooked chicken so I used it as the meat. It was really good!! I could not eat much of it for some reason it really filled me up. I might have had 1/5th of it after DH had eaten some of the cauliflower out of it.

I love roasting marshmallows on the fire. I told my DH on Saturday that I missed not having a wiener roast this summer. If we get another nice weekend we might just do it.

I started putting the lemon tea packets in my nectar tea. I'm really enjoying it. I have trouble drinking anything but Protein drinks and this might help change my thinking "a little".

My carbs will go up as the day goes on - my calcium chews add quite a few carbs.
I love to add the crystal lite(or Walmart brand) to my protein drinks. When I need more water, I use the grape sticks and put in a 20 ounce bottle of water. I pretty much drink all day except the 45 - 1 hour after I eat a meal. It keeps me from eating!!
