Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

S: 1/3 Cp. Plain Greek Yogurt, SF Cheesecake pudding, NSA Cherry Pie Filling, Splenda
Packet and sprinkled with Graham Cracker Crumbs.

i went last week to have 1cc taken out of my band :( I am hungery all the time. ANd I gained 3 pounds while on liquids :( I think I eat a million calories over the weekend. :( I am not liking that I am hungry all of the time but have to learn to deal with it and least for now. The only good thing is that I can eat solid protein now, but I am not feeling the FULL feeling.

I don't know that much about the Band. Did you have the 1cc taken out because you were too tight? Are you hungry because they took it out? Do you think posting and being accountable with help?
Did you have to fly to your surgeon's off for the adjustment.

The protein drink is the Nectar Red Grapefruit - I have a large shaker cup, just add 3 scoops to water and shake. I like them strong tasting. I'll do that with most of the fruity protein powders.
