Good Morning and Happy Monday LW's!!!   I never got to sorting clothes yesterday.  I totally forget we had a Children's Halloween Party to go to. My DD's couldn't be there and I really felt young yesterday running around helping my 2 yr. old grandbabies playing games.  Before WLS I would be sitting on a chair being a bystander and cheering them on.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

S:     1/3 Cp. Plain Greek Yogurt, SF Cheesecake pudding, NSA Cherry Pie Filling, Splenda    
         Packet and sprinkled with Graham Cracker Crumbs.

i went last week to have 1cc taken out of my band :( I am hungery all the time. ANd I gained 3 pounds while on liquids :( I think I eat a million calories over the weekend. :( I am not liking that I am hungry all of the time but have to learn to deal with it and least for now. The only good thing is that I can eat solid protein now, but I am not feeling the FULL feeling.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

It's Great to see you Rebecca!  I'm glad you posted your concerns...that's why we are here!!!

I don't know that much about the Band.  Did you have the 1cc taken out because you were too tight? Are you hungry because they took it out?   Do you think posting and being accountable with help?

Did you have to fly to your surgeon's off for the adjustment.

Hi Roz!  I went and bought a Halloween Costume yesterday. 

B - 2 protein coffees, a regular coffee - 40g

S - triple protein drink - 60g
D - probably chicken thigh from last night - 10g?
D - Auntie Anne's pretzel

Water:  have to work at it
Miles:  zumba and gym tonight

How do you make greek yogurt cheesecake and the triple protein drink?

Take a container of the 0% Greek Yogurt, some SF Cheesecake pudding, some no sugar added cherry pie filling and some graham cracker crumb sprinkles.  Mix the yogurt and pudding to a pasty consistency, put some pie filling on top, and springle the crumbs - yum!!! tastes like a cheesecake with protein!  I figured the calories are around 200 - that may be a little high. 

The protein drink is the Nectar Red Grapefruit - I have a large shaker cup, just add 3 scoops to water and shake.  I like them strong tasting.  I'll do that with most of the fruity protein powders.

AWE...My sister and her husband were Raggady Ann and Andy one year and they were so darn cute.  That's what I wanted Raegan to be (She wanted to be Dorothy) but her Mommy got her a pink poodle costume.  I'm going to have to buy her a Raggady Ann when she gets a little older and then maybe she will want to me that some day.
