Thanks for all the congratulations! I have found that I don't love running, but I sure love how it feels afterwards (with the exception of not being able to walk today. lol).
The running to me is just like my surgery tool......another method for keeping the weight off. I have been dropping weight like crazy again lately. I think the running has something to do with that too. Only 14 to goal!

I totally know what you mean about not loving running, but loving afterwards! I find that I love my first run of the week, when my body has had rest. The rest of the runs become progressively more tedious...
I hope to follow in your footsteps soon. I think once I get down to 150 I'm signing up for my first 5k as a reward (I already run that far now, but doing it with others and raising $ for a good cause isn't part of the routine yet. Doing it at my next goal would be like a nice incentive.)
