Good Morning. Up way too early!

Hi Gina,
Well I was going to get up early but didn't make it.  I have a cold and had a hard time sleeping last night.  Finally took something for it around 2 am and then didn't want to go up when the clock went off.

I know when I am stressed I can hardly eat-the things I need to eat(protein).  It gets so tight, but I can eat carbs and they seem to go down pretty good which is a bad thing.  I still eat off of the smaller plates, it just makes me think I'm eating more.  I've eaten out more this last week and now I need to get back out of that habit again.  I do so much better when I don't eat out and I know exactly what I am eating.

Are you back to work full time this week or still half time?

 Gina, I cannot help in any way...I can just say that I have NO Idea how to eat anymore!
I can eat protein shakes...sliced turkey and cheese for lunch and dinner...and protein hot chocolate or soup during the day....other than that I have no idea how to eat like a normal person or any semblance thereof...I have spent my whole life either dieting or bingeing or a mix of both..but never have I been at goal and had to eat normally to be healthy...I guess I have to adjust to this...but it's weird...sometimes I would just rather not eat at all ...oh and I eat nuts too....food bores me actually these days....I think of eating sugar things but them remind myself that it makes me feel bad...
so I"m kinda messed up... I see my doctor tomorrow for a six month check up and I will discuss this with him...I have learned to diet succesfully with this sleeve but not to eat normally...if you know what I mean...anyhow best of luck to you...and all of us...SEAVIEW

Let us know how the Dr appt went. These are phases we go through on this journey. It seems there's always something new just around the corner. Hang tough!
