Fitness Challenge - October 18
Good morning! I was MIA from the boards all weekend, but I worked out!
I've gotta take it a little easy right now because my hips have been killing me. No running for a little while.
Soooo, I did 60 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill (probably no different on my hips than the running), then my usual 200 crunches, 30 push-ups, and the plank.

Soooo, I did 60 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill (probably no different on my hips than the running), then my usual 200 crunches, 30 push-ups, and the plank.
I only got 2 - 15 minute walks in today but enough steps to call it 3. I haven't added the leaning push-ups back into my daily walks but I see the surgeon this weekend so I'll ask if I can start them up again.
Working full days and feeling pretty good. Tired tonight 'cause I got up too early this morning. Want to go to sleep early....must stay awake!
