Good morning! I was MIA from the boards all weekend, but I worked out!

I've gotta take it a little easy right now because my hips have been killing me. No running for a little while.

Soooo, I did 60 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill (probably no different on my hips than the running), then my usual 200 crunches, 30 push-ups, and the plank.

You know, it's so great you are doing core exercises. I haven't been and boy did I notice it on that long run. My back hurt so badly. I'm going to start doing the situps and planks along with you!

I looked up a whole core routine online and try to do them often. I also do little things around the house like stand on one foot, etc.

Hope you had a great weekend! Sorry about the hips...def take it easy for a bit to recover. Great core exercises...you go girl!!

I only got 2 - 15 minute walks in today but enough steps to call it 3. I haven't added the leaning push-ups back into my daily walks but I see the surgeon this weekend so I'll ask if I can start them up again.

Working full days and feeling pretty good. Tired tonight 'cause I got up too early this morning. Want to go to sleep early....must stay awake!

I'm glad you are feeling good...working back up to your many walks :) 
I missed my naps when I went back to work full days.....

oh oh I finally did something today!!!
I went to Walgreens and bought some D batteries for the elliptical!!
I did 20 min and it felt like FOREVER!!  hehehe!!
I guess thats what happens when you fall off the bandwagon!!
