Good evening Roz! Still being a good boy and eating wisely and getting in my vitamins. Been down to one shake a day at 30g of protein. Been at 185lbs for awhile now but look and feel great so I am very happy.haven't been online much as fall is about to fade into winter and I have been getting stuff done around the homestead. Waxed the cars and put the boat away. Finished up the new front deck and put the air conditioning unit up on the wall off the ground.bought a new suit and sport jacket as all my others are impossible to tailor. I just can't believe I wear a 33-34 waist.....OMG....suit coat was 46 now 44. And to top it off all my shoes are loose! Today I ate a small donut and two cups of coffee at church then after went to a Perkins and had turkey and dressing with carrots and mashed potato and didn't eat the roll and had some leftovers I just pushed away from. Ate pumpkin pie a little while ago and might eat some prime rib I had from last night when the server said"why you hardly touched your food" ...lol....I had ate a salad with blue cheese crumbles and French dressing and a third of the prime rib. Didn't touch the green beans or baked potato. Seems like I have several take home boxes in the fridge and I need to learn to order less or get a kids meal....lol....restaurants just serve too much food! I hope everyone has been well and I will try and get in more often take care friends ...love ya.......Jeff

I never did get to sorting clothes. That might have to be an after work job. I don't have many either, but I need to put away the shorts and get out the sweaters. All of the tops/sweaters I bought after Christmas when things started going on sale still fit me. The only thing I had to buy were new dress pants because I wore them even when they were too big because I wanted to wait and see how much my weight would fluctuate.
