Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

Good day getting back on track yesterday...chicken I actually missed my morning and evening snack becuase I did not have time/room for them....so I guess it is really about making good choices!!!!
so here goes day two:
