Silly Question about Soup

There is nothing wrong with eating soup.  You can drink the broth and don't need to eat it with a fork.  The thing you don't want to do is start drinking liquids with your other solid foods because you eat soup.  Soup is not an excuse for breaking the rule about not drinking with meals.  Chewing up your vitamin is not turning it to a liquid vitamin.

We have all been through these confusing issues.  Sometimes we just get carried away with worrying about following the rules.

I eat soup. I figure it's not really that different from eating something like FAGE yogurt. I am just aware that it's not going to stick with me as well as something like a chicken breast and plan accordingly.

Thanks everyone, some really good insight here! I appreciate it. I'm kinda a rules guy, and get pretty nit-picky with the details. You've helped me to try to not over analyze everything.
