Two Non Scale Victories
Yesterday I wore a rain coat I haven't worn in 25 years. I kept it thinking one day I will overcome my obesity, even though I lost sight of that and doubted it many times. Today, I took a bath and when I got out of the tub, I was able to just stand staight up and get out. Prior to my weight loss I had to roll over get on my hands and knees and get up that way.
Happy!
Woo Hoo. I still have to get to hands and knees to get out but maybe soon. Good for you.

I think I respect those little "wows" more than the big ones. I find myself, when sitting in a chair, lurching forward to get up because my tummy is in the way to be able to just lean forward then stand. Kind of like when I was pregnant! I look forward to the day when I "locate" bones I lost years ago! I know they're there SOMEWHERE!!!
Congratulations on your wow moment!
