Happy Surgiversary Roz!!!

I am so happy that you have stuck around for two years to greet and take care of all of us who came after you. Your guidance and experience is priceless to those of us who showed up here at the LW forum, hopeful yet scared. You're always full of great tips and motivation about how to stay on track.

Thanks so much for being such an awesome inspiration. This place just wouldn't be the same without you!!
