Better late than never, right? I left my house at 8am and got home at 4:45, all errands. Then it was time to finish dinner (started the crock pot this morning) and I just put DS to bed. I am worn out. It won't be long and I'll be heading to bed.
B: protein coffee, 12almonds
S: protein coffee, zucchini
S: Starbucks skinny vanilla latte
L: string cheese, babybel light, cucumber
S: carrots, apple
D: bbq chicken on 1 slice low-carb bread, string cheese
S: protein shake, wasa cracker w/pb2
S: ice cream
I forget the exact totals, but right under 1200, over 120 protein, less than 100 carbs
Water: 88oz so far, Vitamins: Done, Exercise: light walk for 35 minutes, I'm back on the hard workouts in the morning!
