I had my surgery on Sept 8, went back to the Dr a week later, developed a leak in my new stomach. Also, had pneumonia. I am on a feeding tube for then next 8 weeks. I have a stint in my stomach. Suffering from buyer's remorse

OMG that's awful! I can definitely see where having those problems would cause you to be remorseful.

Swinging lizards and all the critters I can find that you heal up and get on the losers bench the proper way!

It's no wonder. You have had all the pain and none of the joys. Surely you are on the road to recovery and will be seeing the benefits of surgery soon. I'm swinging critters for you.

You really have had a rocky start to your journey .... I am praying that things go much much more smoothly for you now. Hopefully, in a year you will look back and be glad you began working toward a healthier, thinner and more active you. In the meantime, rest and take it easy - you have been through a lot!

OMG, this just sux. I'm so sorry to read that so many things went wrong for you. I hope that as the days go by, that you get stronger and find something to smile about. I hope the 8 weeks really fly by for you. We'll all be swinging lizards and sending healing energy your way. Please don't be a stranger. Venting here is completely appropriate.

Oh no, Val! Crap! We have a couple of gals on the DS board who have worked through the process of getting those dang stubborn leaks to heal. If you want me to hook you up with one of them, let me know. It's a PITA for sure. Swinging lizards this will be resolved quickly and you'll be able to move on with your journey.
