3 days out from VSG surgery, and I feel pretty good!

Hello my Lightweight family... I had my VSG on this past Tuesday, and I am now 3 days out, and other than being a little sore when I MOVE THE WRONG WAY, I feel pretty good. My scars are different from those that I have saw pictures of, meaning, they don't look like scars at all, but more like Puncture holes, which looks like I have just had a rash breakout on my stomach or something, I will post pictures of them, when I can.... But I am NOT getting the recommended water or protein in, but I do stay hydrated enough, so that I wont get DEHYDRATED.  And OMG...my stomach has been sounding off really loud, but I am not HUNGRY AT ALL!!  Well, I'm about to take some of this disgusting Liquid Lortab a Elixir, and I know I will be asleep soon after. But I just wanted to say THANKS to all of you, for the well wishes, and a Special Thanks to Cyd (CydChicago) who called/texted the day of my surgery, and also followed up with me th next day out too, and updated you all for me....

Glad to see you back!  Yes, my tummy makes noises all the time - regardless of if I'm hungry or not... something you just get used to!  Mostly its after I've eaten/drank something.

Get your rest and your fluids - the rest will come with time!

Welcome home!!!!  I am so sorry I didn't get to come and meet you in the hospital, but so glad things went well.  Glad you're not hungry, that probably won't last long enough though LOL.  Do keep trying to get in enough fluid and protein.  Rest and keep us posted on how you are doing.
