No, I worked 5 hours today and came home for a nap. Yesterday was a wake up. I still need the ibuprofen to make it a few hours at work and I still run down pretty quick. Or, maybe it's just being at work. lol

i took a fit today and started cleaning the whole house. got one room mostly done washing all the doors,doorframes,windows,washing everything down,getting cobwebs...kinda enjoyed it which is new since my surgery. sure is easier to work all day,esp doing what I want to do!
B 2 scrambled eggs with 1/4 c mozz cheese
L Body fortress choc protein with unsweetened ccocoa and ff milk
S string cheese and lite and ffit yogurt
S peanuts small amt
D beef filet and salad

Back home and not traveling and still am a meal behind. We went to solids 1 on Tuesday and there are so many new option, I am having a hard time keeping track of what I am doing for the whole day.
