Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning Roz! Running around like a crazy person because the next two days are going to be insane! 

B: protein coffee

S: wasa cracker, 1oz cheese
L: 1/2 sandwich on low carb bread, babybel light, cucumber
S: zucchini, carbmaster
S: carrots
D: 3oz baked onion soup mix chicken
S: apple, protein decaf

Cal: 895, Fat: 19, Carb: 72, Prot: 119
Water: 5cups so far, Vitamins: 1/2done
Exercise: walk during DS nap, run 3-4miles tonight with DH

I'm relaxing right now, playing on the computer. Also, I am adding a third shake for today, so that will get my calories a few below 1000. We'll see how it goes.

I knew you did!!! I honestly don't think I could add any more food, and I don't want to eat bad food instead of my healthy food just to add calories.

Hi Roz!  Went downstate yesterday for a follow up TT appt - left at 8am and didn't get bac****il after 10:30pm - mainly because I stopped and played euchre with the ladies on my way home!  Had a good time... my eating just didn't happen yesterday.  I ended up eating a Potbelly's skinny sandwich, half for lunch and half for dinner, a latte and my double protein coffee.  Had a few snacks at the game, which mainly was asparagus wrapped in bacon which was yummy and a few crackers and a few glasses of wine.  I was very dehydrated today - I didn't have anything to drink besides the coffee and wine... today is a new day!  Scale is still nice though...

B - 2 protein coffees
S - greek yogurt cheesecake
L - leftover roast beef
S - double protein drink
D - sushi
S - protein drink in milk

Vits:  yes
Water:  I WILL do better
Miles:  I'd like to get to the gym tonight

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

Hi Roz,
I packed a much better bag today.  I had to pay 1.50 for a water yesterday and forgot my lemon tea protein.
Here's today's plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Insides of ham and swiss cheese sandwich maybe 1/4 slice of wheat bread
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Not sure yet.
S:  ??
Totals including afternoon snack:
Calories 580, carbs 18, fat 15, protein 98
Vitamins:  Morning done
Water:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None
I guess if my daughter goes home, my DGD will go home tonight or tomorrow night.  I will miss her so much!!  Granddaddy and I are ready for a restful weekend though!!  We want to go to the National Fair near us this weekend but we are not sure if we will get a chance to go.  Our whole family was suppose to go, but now it is just down to us two.
