Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Exercise: walk during DS nap, run 3-4miles tonight with DH

Hi Roz! Went downstate yesterday for a follow up TT appt - left at 8am and didn't get bac****il after 10:30pm - mainly because I stopped and played euchre with the ladies on my way home! Had a good time... my eating just didn't happen yesterday. I ended up eating a Potbelly's skinny sandwich, half for lunch and half for dinner, a latte and my double protein coffee. Had a few snacks at the game, which mainly was asparagus wrapped in bacon which was yummy and a few crackers and a few glasses of wine. I was very dehydrated today - I didn't have anything to drink besides the coffee and wine... today is a new day! Scale is still nice though...

I packed a much better bag today. I had to pay 1.50 for a water yesterday and forgot my lemon tea protein.
Here's today's plan:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: Insides of ham and swiss cheese sandwich maybe 1/4 slice of wheat bread
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Not sure yet.
S: ??
Totals including afternoon snack:
Calories 580, carbs 18, fat 15, protein 98
Vitamins: Morning done
Water: 60 ozs so far
Miles: None
I guess if my daughter goes home, my DGD will go home tonight or tomorrow night. I will miss her so much!! Granddaddy and I are ready for a restful weekend though!! We want to go to the National Fair near us this weekend but we are not sure if we will get a chance to go. Our whole family was suppose to go, but now it is just down to us two.
