I have to do a drive by posting in my own post!! LOL 
I am out in the field doing reviews and can post only quickly...sooooooo

What's the plan today folks?? Anything special? 

Me?? We'll see if I can hit the gym tonight. If not, tomorrow for sure.

I need to get to the gym tonight.  I've been lax since my daughter came up.  Missed zumba on Tues - had a ton of things to do and she and baby were here, was on the road yesterday, so tonight it has to happen!!

Even if not the gym, a nice long walk.  It will be sunny and hit 60.  She's going to her dads for dinner, so I have no excuse!

ETA:  I didn't go...

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I just got back from the gym.  I did 35 min on treadmill and some upper body weights.  Feeling kinda stressed today, so may go back this evening and do another session.  Keep movin' & groovin' LWs.  Cindy

I'm going to walk on the treadmill while my son takes his nap, then hubby and I are going running tonight. I have to take the day off tomorrow to rest for the race Saturday. I haven't trained that hard for this race because husband basically hasn't trained at all and he doesn't want me to try to beat my PR, he wants me to jog slow with him lol.

Had a great run today in downtown Cleveland, plus 100 crunches and 40 push ups.

 My C25K is on the back burner for now.  I think I've stayed away from this post all week because I'm feeling so disheartened about my back situation.

I've been keeping up with an hour of walking everyday.  Today I got a pain in my left lower back that radiated down to my knee so I had to slow down.  I'm seeing my chiropractor 3x a week and he said we'd talk about exercise tomorrow but I already know that I'm not limited to slow walking.  He said that hopefully in 6-8 weeks I'll be back on my feet doing whatever I want.  The good news is that this recovery will be easier because I'm in such great shape.  I couldn't believe he said that!!
