Sounds like you had a great vacation! Except for the tip-over....
My lower back is killing me right now - I have to go see the chiro myself. Don't even know what I did to it.....
Hope you get fixed up soon!

Aww..hope Ur back feels better ....
try this to help heal U up faster Lee ( and Jody ) - go to Vitamin shoppe and buy L- Arginine L-ornithine capsules
take 4 at night witha glass of water right before bed
2 in the morning
theyre horse pills but they will help speed the body's natural healing process . Theyre actually just isolated amino acids found in any turkey or tuna sandwich ( or protein shake ) .. but having them in isolated form crossing the blood / brain barrier right when it matters most gives Ur healing body the raw ingredients it needs to maximize healing .
Stop taking when U feel great for a month ... because it can make an invisible tumor grow faster ...

Hi Ava, thanks for th great suggestion. I'm afraid it will have to wait and I'll have that turkey instead. At this point, I still can't get down my multi vitamin. Even cutting it in half I still hurt. I'm still on chewable vitamins. I'll try to remember your recommendation for the future in case I need it!

Sounds like you had a fun and adventurous time in New Orleans!
Isn't it funny how we migrate to the plus size? I was poking around the plus size section with my aunt the other day and said something that drew a nasty look. I felt really bad. When you ARE plus-size, I guess you can call the "plus section" whatever you like. I never liked to say "plus section", so I would just say stuff like "chubby chick section". Well, the other day my aunt asked me why I was looking in that section and I said, "I dunno. I just like the sleeve length better in the chubby chick section". By the nasty look I got from another shopper, I guess I am not in the club any longer and can't use that term. I felt bad and will definitely refrain from using that term now.

Oh yeah, plus sizes. I've been a plus size since I was in my 20's. This is the first time since the 70's that I haven't been plus. I was also a plus in high school but then slimmed down a bit in college. I do like "chubby chick section"! :) My friends who own a plus size clothing store call people "chubettes", but not to their face necessarily.

Hi Jane,
We walked through Jackson Square several times as well as walking past Cafe Du Monde. We never actually stopped there. On Saturday we had lunch at a great wine bistro that had beignet's for dessert. I think they looked 100% better than the ones they serve at Du Monde.
One day we walked the French Quarter, Esplanade and the Frenchman Street area. On Saturday we took the trolley to the Garden District and walked around looking at the gorgeous houses.
One night we went out to the Bywater to hear jazz. Another night at the Ritz Carlton to hear their jazz.
We just did lots of walking, talking and laughing. It was a fantastic and very memorable weekend!
