Hi Roz,
Time to be accountable.  Birthday week has me up 1 pound from last Monday.  I guess not too bad with birthday dinner, then eating all meals out for 4 days.  New Orleans has incredible food and so much organic and great quality.  

Back to basics!

S.  Nectar Iced Tea - 23 grams

L.  3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 egg and a little mayo - 34 grams

D.  4-5 oz small shrimp, 1 pat butter, 1 squeeze meyer lemon - 30 grams
S. Probably nothing

Vitamins - yes
Fluids - yes
Exercise - walked 75 minutes
