LOL...I didn't realize my yesterdays message was still on there....thanks!

It's amazing things like puking on our furniture doesn't bother us as much when it's our grandbabies.  Our Couch is a trampoline to our two 2 year olds.  They are like monkeys....

Glad to see your scale is down.  Mine has been up the last few days.  I love that commercial that says not to worry about the scales it's all in how your jeans fit.  Mine fit perfect so I'm going to just stick to program and hopefully the scale will make me happy too.

Yes, then add some No sugar added cherry pie filling.  I also splurge a bit (sometimes) and put a few sprinkles of crushed graham cracker on it (I bought it in a can).

I use maybe 1/4 of the cheesecake filling each time.  Makes it into kind of a paste..  very good

S - Fage yogurt w/blue berries
S - another protein coffee (20g)
S - Atkins bar
L - protein shake
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
S - NutThins crackers and a wedge of soft cheese
D - roast beef and roasted veggies
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
iron batch: done
evening batch: started
bedtime batch: pending

MILES:
2 - 15 minute walks (6,174 steps)

I had to clean out dresser drawers and closets again today. I'm not getting rid of this batch, but storing them in tubs just in case. Now it's time to get down to business with homework.

I'm almost always in 2's now (you know how that goes some 0's some 4's****pt 6's. And not all of them either. I got rid of some of them the last go-round, so the ones I have left are the small 6's. However, if I can do anything about it, I won't ever go above a 4 again.
