Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

I got a sampler packet of Nectar products. I decided that since it's been 6 months since I tried them, it's time to give it another go and see if I can tolerate them any easier.
I want to eat less protein and drink more so I'm looking for lower calorie protein to add to my Hydro Whey etc. I like that the Nectar is 90 calories and mixes with water.
Do you mix your Lemon Tea with anything or just drink it straight? What about the other flavors, mix with anything?
Input from anyone on how you drink your Nectar would be appreciated.

I also like the Nectar Chocolate Truffle. Mix that in milk, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.

I love the lemon tea. This is how I make mine. I use 20 ounces of water and put a Crystal Lite Lemon Tea stick and 1 scoop of the lemon tea protein in a large blender bottle - mix it thoroughly and then add ice to it after the foam has settled some. I continue to shake it as I drink it because it seems to settle in the bottom of the blender bottle.
I mix all of mine the same way using 20 ounces of water and a crystal lite(or great value) stick in them with 1 scoop of my protein. Mix in the blender bottle and then add ice after the foam settles.
Hope you find one you really like.

My scale was actually down today - not sure why, but I didn't really snack too much....
My DD and Wynn are at the house this week - it was so hard leaving that precious little bundle! Shes getting so responsive now! My daughter texted me and said "good thing you haven't gotten your couch cleaned yet - I've never seen her puke so much" - lol... yes, I laughed. Glad I haven't gotten it cleaned yet either! Was supposed to have yesterday.
