I hope everyone had a fantabulously fun weekend!! I did nothing exciting really but enjoyed my time off with my hubby.
I am hitting the gym today guys!! No really, gonna go up and slap it.........JUST KIDDIN!!
BUT...seriously...I am going to go workout on the elliptical and start working on getting my groooooove back. I am tired of the scale hovering where it is and I am so convinced it is because of the lack of exercise. So...here's to hitting it hard today

I woke up at the usual time, so I took a slow walk on the treadmill (since it's supposed to be my day off).
So right now I have tons of energy and can't sit still...I'm gonna work out hard in a half hour when DS goes down for his nap. I'm running a race on Saturday so I'll have to take Friday off, I can kick my own ass till then.

Zumba tonight. My daughter is coming into town today, so I'm kinda tied to the house. She will be going to her dads' for dinner so if she goes at a reasonable time, I may hit the gym (treadmill) before zumba like I've been doing for the past few weeks. Monday is my "hard workout day". That means I basically double my workouts compared to the rest of the week.

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
