We'll have a busy week, I've got tons of homework and we are getting everything ready for our huge bonfire this coming Saturday. I kind of like being busy because it's easier to stick to my routine and menus...no time to sit around and think about snacking.

B: protein coffee

L: grilled chicken, asparagus
S: carbmaster, wasa cracker, cheese
D: chicken stir fry
S: apple, snap peas
S: protein decaf

Exercise: walked 35 minutes this morning, going to run at noon when DS goes down for nap (supposed to be my day off...HA)

I like being busy too.  Have a GREAT time at your bonfire!!!  We ususally have a few during the summer, but for some reason we haven't had any this year.

The trip really wore me out and I have had a nap this afternoon.  But I am back on program and that feels good.  I think the hot dog (meat only) yesterday gave me horrible gas today.  Will be going back to stuff I know is OK.

Hi Roz,
I tried to stick to my plan today.  I've always been a stress eater and it is really hard not to put things in my mouth right now!!
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  2.5 ozs ham, 1/2 cup green beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Decaf Cappuccino
D:  3/4 ham sandwich
S:  1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/3 cup nsa cherry pie filling, 2 tsp cheesecake pudding mix, 4 tbls lite cool whip.
I don't have the totals for today.
Vitamins:  Done
Water:  100 ozs.

My daughter is in the hospital with kidney/gall bladder problems and they can't seem to get it straightened out.  We are keeping DGD.  I just got to work today and need to do a few things before I leave in a little while.

I understand why you are stressed now..it's terrible seeing your children sick.  I'm glad your DGD is used to staying with you.
