I'm so glad it's Monday and my family doesn't have anything major planned this week (at least not yet). I've had a terrible time sticking to my routine and have been snacking way to much instead of actually eating meals. The scales are up a couple of pounds, but my goal is to have it moving in the right direction by the weekend.

I have food packed but not sure how much I can stick with the plan...working out in the field today so anything goes...
B - cottage cheese
S - oatmeal and 1/2 apple
L - 2oz hamburger & veggies
S - protein shake
D - ground turkey and something else (ground turkey is in crock pot sooooooo??)
I'll fill in totals later. I will work on water and vitamins to make sure I don't forget...

I cook Vegetable Soup, Roast, Pork, and Stuffed Pork Chops in mine. I used to have a Crock Pot recipe book, but I don't have a clue where it is now.
