I hope everyone had a GREAT weekend!!!  

I'm so glad it's Monday and my family doesn't have anything major planned this week (at least not yet). I've had a terrible time sticking to my routine and have been snacking way to much instead of actually eating meals.   The scales are up a couple of pounds, but my goal is to have it moving in the right direction by the weekend.

I've got a beef roast in the oven and a pork roast in the slow cooker this morning.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (30g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blue berries
S - another protein coffee (20g)
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - beef roast w/roasted veggies
D - going out to Texas Roadhouse then support group

What do you eat at TX Roadhouse? It's my DH's favorite place to eat, but I really struggle there for some reason.

Well, last night I got a 6oz fillet, med rare. I ate a few bites of house salad without croutons and I ordered a baked potato. We sat there for hours and missed support group, so this time, there wasn't enough left for a box to take home. We had a pre-op DSr with us and I think she got more out of eating dinner and asking questions than she would have gotten out of the support group.

It was just 3 DSrs and the pre-op at Texas Roadhouse. The support group is mostly RNYrs that have been together a long time and have the same surgeon. Nothing against them but they have their own clicks too. We all play nice together and everything. lol

Good morning LW's,

I have food packed but not sure how much I can stick with the plan...working out in the field today so anything goes...

B - cottage cheese
S - oatmeal and 1/2 apple
L - 2oz hamburger & veggies
S - protein shake
D - ground turkey and something else (ground turkey is in crock pot sooooooo??)

I'll fill in totals later. I will work on water and vitamins to make sure I don't forget...

I can't think of anything I've made in my crock pot with hamburger.  Most of my recipes are really fast that have hamberger in them.

I cook Vegetable Soup, Roast, Pork, and Stuffed Pork Chops in mine.  I used to have a Crock Pot recipe book, but I don't have a clue where it is now.
