10/10/10 Fitness Challenge

How is everyone's weekend? I hope you all are having fun, resting, and relaxing and enjoying the days off. 

Today is a day of "get 'er done" so no exercise today...just chores, errands and stuff. 

What about you? Are you enjoying the 10/10/10 day?

My weekend is going great! I'm a little bored right now, but before long it will be time to cook, give the kids showers and all get ready for bed.

I got up and did an hour on the treadmill, high incline, high speed. I don't know what got into me lol. Did all my usual floor exercises (push-ups, crunches, plank, and some new core exercises).

Then I ran a few errands and walked 4 miles with my kids, looking at a craft thing in town. I'm planning on taking Mondays and Wednesdays off now...let's see how that goes.

I'm definitely achieving the resting and relaxing. I do wonder how long I should wait before I start doing my leaning push-ups. I'll start walking again on Tuesday.

Since school has started I have slacked........... Actually since I had Bronchitus (sp) in Aug I have been slacking!!!  tee hee hee!!

We went to the Pgh Zoo today.  We did ALOT of walking.  Boy what a difference a yr makes. When we went last year, I was huffing & puffing as I walked, stopping for breaks etc.  Today I did the whole zoo and could have easily done another lap.  Life is good   :)   Keep movin' & groovin' LWs!  Cindy

Went walking with a friend in her neighborhood,  I noticed at one time I was winded while talking... that's a good thing, right?  Lots of hills.

Wore my "shaper" shoes again - and OMG does my butt hurt!  Thats also a good thing...  3 days now,,.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
