I am 5 months out and have lost 70 lbs. I went shopping last week and bought size 8s and a few 10s (from 20W). Knew I looked great, and it felt soooo good. Plus got oodles of compliments at work and the bridge club where I live outside of work!!! Well fitting clothes really make a difference.
My PROBLEM now is that I don't really want to get any smaller, but I am still about 15 lbs overwieght. I should weight about 128-154, but am afraid I'll be a size 4-6 even at 154, and I REALLY don't want to be that small!!! Sounds crazy, and I can't seem to get my head around it. I would have thought I really want to be a size 4-6 but now that I am a size 8, I REALLY, REALLY like this size. Not sure what to do, most folks here are encouraging me to keep going. It may just be a personal decision, but what are your thoughts?
Congrats again, and would love to hear how your co-workers react. I am a nurse to, but wear street clothes now (in the business office).
