The wedding was really nice and the weather was perfect.  It was under a group of trees and there were leaves everywhere.  My DH said every wedding should be like that.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  Didn't do real well with eating yesterday - did a bit of snacking last night I shouldn't have... but the scale showed lower... go figure

B - a regular coffee
B2 - 3 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs (didn't eat the white part of 1) and a piece of whole wheat toast
S - really good-for-you muffin
S - protein drink
D - grazed
S - bonfire involved a bottle of wine...

miles:  Nice, good long walk in my shaper shoes.  My butt STILL hurts from the other day (zumba yesterday probably didn't help either)

Good afternoon! I haven't snacked...but I want to really bad today. I worked out super hard this morning and have been walking all day on the Spoon River Drive (basically a huge craft sale that goes through a bunch of small towns including the one I live in). There are apple dumplings and kettle corn calling my name at a park 3 minutes away. I'm still fighting, haven't given in yet.

Glad the wedding went so good.
It has been a bad eating weekend for me.  My DD was admitted to the hospital last night.  She had been to the doctor 4 times last week.  Now they are saying bladder/kidney infection or possibly stones.  If her levels don't get better in the morning, they will do an ultrasound to check for other problems or stones.  We got DGD#2 last night around 11:30 and she did not want to go back to sleep.  I stayed with DD at the hospital all day today and no cafeteria only a snack machine - luckily I took my protein drinks atleast.
B:  Strawberry vanilla protein drink

L:  Pack of crackers
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Small bag of sun chips
D:  2 ozs chopped ham w/ 1 tbls lite mayo, 1 tsp dill relish, 1 boiled egg and 1 flat thin cracker
S:  4 ozs greek yogurt, 1/3 cup nsa cherry pie filling, 2 tsp sf/ff cheesecake pudding mix, 4 tbls lite cool whip
I have no idea what the totals are for today.  Lots of carbs
