Menus and Miles Sat. October 9th
Hey all...back home from Wyoming and all is well with DH and DS.
Having a little too many carbs but mostly good ones I would like to get my protein back up and my carbs back down. Gonna work on trying to add a second protein shake...I know that will help. I am also going to try making home made almond milk as i really don't like the box ones,to use instead of milk.
B Body fortress choc protein powder
1 cup ff milk
2 tbsp peanut powder
1 tsp unsweetened ccocoa
L triscuits
chicken lunch meat
grapes,apples
s popcorn
D beef filet
small piece of sweet potatoes
baby carrots raw and dip
s leftover beef roast

Hope you had a great time at the wedding. We took the girls to the carnival and they had a good time, but were tired pretty quick and then one of them got pretty ill!!
I don't even know if I can list what I ate today-bunch of junk!!

L: Hot Dog(no bun) with slaw
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S: Small Slice of Lemon Cheese Cake(not weight loss friendly)
D: 1/2 chef salad w/ red wine vineg. dressing
S: Slice of Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake
My pouchy is not feeling very good right now.

Good evening Roz !! Been keeping up with the vitamins and usually have two shakes a day......needing to keep up with hydration as I have been slacking off the green teas I had been drinking. I have been looking to buy a suit to wear as all mine are too large! I have been having pain in my hips and since losing weight I have lost my butt and now I have pain from sitting too. Will try keeping in touch with the group cause I do miss you guys when I don't check in. Take care friends........Jeff
