  Is Diana ok?  I was just getting ready to post about my unexpected run this morning (I wasn't planning to go, but needed to run 1.5 miles to get somewhere today - couldn't find a taxi!) and realized that there wasn't one up.  
  Diana, please check in & let us know you're ok.

I went for a nice long walk with a friend.  Wore my 'shape up" knockoffs and now my butt hurts!! LOL

I hope Diana checks in.  I know she had today off - perhaps she got busy?

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
