Hi Losers!
((Waving to all my fellow Losers))))
You are all such and inspiration! great job!
Not sure if I should be in this forum or not. Technically I started at 289 with a BMi of slightly over 50, but when I visited the "Over 50 BMI forum" there were a lot of heavyweight folks and losers (Who started weill over 350+) and they have worked hard, and I don't really feel as if I was SMO.
So, may I join your forum? (I guess I am "almost" a lightweight, an 'inbetween weight?') LOL!
Anyway, if I am not lightweight enough to join on this forum I understand and will go over to the "over 50 BMi" forum.
You folks are great and have done a terrific job! I had the RNY, started my journey (my surgery) on 26 Jun 2010 and have lost nearly 60 lbs so far and am hovering around 225.
Be safe, be happy and have a good journey during your WLS!
Warmly,
Jackie

Jackie,
"The more the merrier"!!! This is a great site to be a part of... I hover here most everyday, and find it to be so helpful. I am pre-op until Oct. 25, and am so frightened, some times I can barely "deal".
I usually feel better when I read about others' journeys. I also have a tendency to freak over the "unknown". I sure am hoping I hit that pavement running once my day comes and goes! Anyway, WELCOME!
