I have a huge freezer that is completely empy....I need to take your advice!!!  Life sure would be easier and cheaper if I did.

Winding down from travel for work this week.
Very tired but I have a few days off\
B-1/2 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and almonds-8 g
6oz soy milk=6g1 slice ww toast with 1/2 tsp light marg-5G
L- 5 oz chicken and carrots-15 g
D-Amy's medium chil-15 g
S pure protein banana creme drink-35 g

Protein-84 gram
Fluids-80+ozs
Vits and meds

I found these protein drinks and am tryng to up my protein intake with them and they are not bad (the chocolate is good in coffee)

Glad to see you are back! 

It takes awhile to find the right Protein.  I'm glad you are putting the effort in.
