Winding down from travel for work this week.

B-1/2 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and almonds-8 g
6oz soy milk=6g1 slice ww toast with 1/2 tsp light marg-5G
L- 5 oz chicken and carrots-15 g
D-Amy's medium chil-15 g
S pure protein banana creme drink-35 g
Protein-84 gram
Fluids-80+ozs
Vits and meds
I found these protein drinks and am tryng to up my protein intake with them and they are not bad (the chocolate is good in coffee)
