Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

DD#2 and #3 have to travel for the rehearsal and spending the night there so DH and I are going to have a quite evening.  I'm hoping since no one's home I can get some necessary cleaning down before we leave for the wedding tomorrow.

3 grapes?  How can you stop at only 3 grapes?  I'd be eating a lot more than that!!

I have today off and don't have to go back to wor****il Tuesday!  Nice long 4 day weekend - with almost nothing planned....

Need to get some protein drinks in today.  I made myself choke down the Lemon Tea yesterday - I just can't do that anymore... made me nauseated... icky...

B - a regular coffee
B 2 -  2 eggs and 2 pieces of wheat toast
L - mocha latte and 1 piece of pizza and 1 breadstick
D -hamburg with cheese and salsa
S - double choc protein in skim milk with some PB2... yummy!  but kinda rich...
S - not both at same time - but 2 beers

Water:  very low
Miles: nice long walk

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

Someone brought in a bowl and it is sitting on the counter.  I actually just had 2 more...LOL

That's so funny how we all have such different tastes because I love the Lemon Tea and hate the fuzzy navel that you like.  If we lived closer, we could switch.

Hi Roz and everyone.  I'm so glad it is Friday.  My parents are coming today to spend the weekend.  DGD's are both coming tomorrow to go to a carnival for children in our town.  They are going to dress like cowgirls!!  We have to go to a church homecoming Sunday morning.  So it's going to be a busy weekend.
Here's today's plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  3/4 cup of vegetable beef soup, 2 saltine crackers
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  I think I'm going to fix chicken fajitas in the oven.
S;  ??
Totals including afternoon snack:
Calories 552, carbs 36, fat 10, protein 82
Vitamins:  Morning done
Water: 60 ozs so far
Miles:  None yet

 boy  i got really beat up but good by those three pistachio baklavas .

no more i swear ..never again... 

noonish  i finally could think about food ... so i had 2 protein teas  with my new banana isopure jars  

then twoish i made my usual feast forthe landlord before beating a hasty retreat  for four days on the boat  ...
 
broccol borscht 

sliced heirloom tomatoes  ( yellow , purple and red , what a symphony of color on the plate )  with  home grown herbs  and fresh mozzarell ( no cheese  4 me) 

pounded chicken breast  rolled in parmesan shake n bake  with organic ham  n fatfree  cheese  rolled up  n baked 

homegrown broccoli  florets  in fatfree  alfredo  sauce 

my stomach is sitting sideways again...

I hope i can stick to my food plan for four days  cooking  for and eating in restaurants with this pack of giant  norwegian perpetually sugar - hungry diabetic  GUYS ...

oh well ....

Hi guys! I ran errands all morning, and I have been in the kitchen for the past two hours. I am cooking stuff to freeze. Right now the stuffed tomatoes that Andrea posted a link to awhile back are in the oven. The smell wonderful. When I get bursts of energy and feel like cooking, I do stuff like this, so when I don't feel like it or am too busy, we don't have to eat take out, dinner is ready.

L: 3oz lunch meat, 1oz cheese, 1 wasa cracker
S: apple, carbmaster yogurt
D: 3oz turkey burger with onion soup mix
S: 1 C asparagus, protein w/decaf

Water: 80oz so far, Vitamins: Done
Exercise: went nuts on the treadmill(speed and incline)for 45 minutes, usual floor exercises
