I have today off and don't have to go back to wor****il Tuesday! Nice long 4 day weekend - with almost nothing planned....
Need to get some protein drinks in today. I made myself choke down the Lemon Tea yesterday - I just can't do that anymore... made me nauseated... icky...
B - a regular coffee
B 2 - 2 eggs and 2 pieces of wheat toast
L - mocha latte and 1 piece of pizza and 1 breadstick
D -hamburg with cheese and salsa
S - double choc protein in skim milk with some PB2... yummy! but kinda rich...
S - not both at same time - but 2 beers
Vits - yes
Water: very low
Miles: nice long walk
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

That's so funny how we all have such different tastes because I love the Lemon Tea and hate the fuzzy navel that you like. If we lived closer, we could switch.

no more i swear ..never again...
noonish i finally could think about food ... so i had 2 protein teas with my new banana isopure jars
then twoish i made my usual feast forthe landlord before beating a hasty retreat for four days on the boat ...
broccol borscht
sliced heirloom tomatoes ( yellow , purple and red , what a symphony of color on the plate ) with home grown herbs and fresh mozzarell ( no cheese 4 me)
pounded chicken breast rolled in parmesan shake n bake with organic ham n fatfree cheese rolled up n baked
homegrown broccoli florets in fatfree alfredo sauce
my stomach is sitting sideways again...
I hope i can stick to my food plan for four days cooking for and eating in restaurants with this pack of giant norwegian perpetually sugar - hungry diabetic GUYS ...
oh well ....
