I'm late posting today. Went out to lunch today with a friend for her birthday. Then I took the rest of the day off and helped another friend pack because she is moving tomorrow. Atleast I probably got my exercise in today.

S: Just ate supper so no snack tonight

My totals are all a little low except protein.
Vitamins: Done
Water: 100 ozs
Miles: Packing boxes

I got my order of NSA pie filling this week and I can't wait to buy some greek yogurt. I would have never thought to add the pudding mix though so I'm glad you posted that. Sounds wonderful!
Great totals!! I need to lower my totals a little to get off the 2 pounds I've put on. I really have been over doing it with sugar.

Roz, that yogurt dish is soooo good. I'm so thankful to Jody for posting it. I've been almost living off it at night.
I did go back and eat 1 1/2 wheat thin crackers with peanut butter last night.
Is that Carafate that you take liquid? Mine is liquid and it is nasty tasting. I already feel better from just going back to bland soft foods for a couple of days.
I do worry sometimes because I really just have absolutely no appetite.

I have not been able to find protein that I can stomach. I am now lactose intolerant so can't do most powders and have aversions to artificial sweeteners. I tried the nectar sampler and they all make me gag. The only one I could stomach was the tea one and I am not buying a big container because I know after 2 or 3 of them I would have an aversion to them. I can no longer do apple juice, crystal light, G2, vitamin water. I can tolerate them a few times and then I develop aversions to them. Plain water hurts. So basically that leaves me with iced tea, I am just hoping that that does not give me fits either.
My program does not have carb limits. The chocolate soy milk is too high in sugar, but it hides the egg whites Together it is about 200 calories and 22 g of protein. Sometimes I can eat 3 ounces, often only 2.
My range has been about 400-800 calories, 20-100 carbs and 60-80 g of protein depending on the day. I do better with food than the shakes but am only supposed to have 3 meals. sometimes I am still really tired so I fall asleep before my last meal and protein shake. I could easily sleep 14-16 hours a day.
I see my nutritionist on Tuesday. I don't know what advice she is going to have for me. I am quickly going through the list of foods I am "allowed" to have.
