We are supposed to get some warmer weather this weekend....YEAH!!! My niece is having an outdoor wedding on Sat. and I want to get my flower boxes and roses cleaned up. I also have to work off a few of the cookies that I have been enjoying.....

We are yard cleaning this weekend for our big bonfire next weekend. I "cheated" a couple of times last week...and lost on those days, I have been sticking to my menu and haven't lost an ounce. Makes me wonder if it's time to up the calories again? It makes me so scared to do that, but I'm up a little today, plus taking the day off from working out.
B: 1 scoop gnc wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop gnc wheybolic w/coffee
L: turkey deli meat, babybel light, cauliflower
S: carbmaster yogurt, kashi cereal, cucumber
D: turkey meatloaf, 1oz cheese
S: apple, snap peas
Cal: 918, Fat: 24, Carb:80, Prot: 110
Water: 6C so far, Vitamins: Done, Exercise: none (maybe a walk later)

Are you maintenance now? Are you hungry? You could increase your calories but I definitely wouldn't do it in carbs. Maybe add another Protein drink or add another 1/2 + scoop to your morning coffee.

I kind of want to lose a couple more pounds. I want to be right at 100. I have increased, but through fruit and vegetables. I added a little bit of whole grain, no starchy carbs. I am not hungry at all. I feel like I eat constantly as it is! I have my menus planned for the next few days and I did add another coffee/protein shake in the evening with decaf.
You are a little taller than me then. Youth is on your side so getting down to 100 might be ok for you. I was at 106 and I felt that was too low. My body must have agreed because It only stayed there for a few days.

I am happy with where I am, there is just something about that 100 number lol. I doubt 4 pounds will make much difference in my size. Also, I am worried about a rebound considering I am not yet a year out, so I want to leave room for that. I work out a lot, and have some good muscle tone going on too.

There is no one in the world who can or should tell you that you have lost too little or too much. Everyone loses at a different pace and us LW's aren't going to lose large quanities a month like those that have 100+ to lose.
